Zac Orme (DOB 14/05/1989) has represented New Zealand in the World Youth Championships several times and has proven his climbing talent time and time again while competing in the New Zealand National Sport Climbing competitions. He is one of the young NZ climbers are at the forefront of competition climbing in New Zealand and has a very bright future.

Ivan Luketina (DOB 26/10/1988) is a focused young climber, who has turned down the opportunity to possibly compete for New Zealand in the past as he felt that he needed to work more on his weaknesses. Ivan consistently places well in all the climbing competitions he enters into. Ivan is the climber that continues to challenges his main competition and climbing partner, Zac Orme.

Georgia Orme (DOB 17/10/1992), who is Zac’s little sister, is the junior climber to keep your eye on. Georgia is an accomplished competitor who has shown the grit and determination and focus to push the level of young female climbing in NZ.

“Buff” Dan Mackay (DOB 01/06/1980). Reigning NZ bouldering champ and all around nice guy. Dan has been working with quiet determination behind the scenes for a long time. He is known as one of NZ’s hardest working climbers who is ticking off most of New Zealand’s harder lines. Buff can be found climbing with Jase most weekends at Castle Hill or the Cave. Life is never dull with Buff and Jase around….always ready for an adventure!!

Jase Whitaker (DOB 31/12/1978). New Zealand Junior climbing coach,  and try hard climber. Jase and his climbing partner Dan have been motivating each other up climbs for the last 4 years. During this time both have made notable ascents of many classic hard lines in NZ.

Jake Bresnehan (DOB 17/12/1984) Our Auzzie climbing sensation. Jake has been bolting and climbing a slew of hard lines throughout Oz. Jake would have to be one of the nicest guys we know. Always positive and energetic for more climbing Jake has inspired us all to become better more focused athletes.
